As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please check our size guide carefully before placing an order.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or develops an unexpected issue, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issues so we can assist you.

Depending on the issue, a replacement, repair or refund may be available in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Items must be unworn and in their original condition were applicable.
