- All orders are made to order. Please check your order details, sizing and shipping information carefully before placing your order.
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
- Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us so we can assist you.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or product availability issues.
- Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are outside our direct control
